1:1 Private Birth Prep Coaching Sessions
This is a great option for families looking to prepare themselves for their birth journey! Learn to create a personalized birth experience alongside a knowledgeable birth support doula. In these sessions, our doulas can help you navigate your birth preferences, questions to ask your provider, how to create a supportive birth environment, practice hands on comfort measures, navigate your postpartum experience and more. These visits are catered to you, are in person and in your home. Two available sessions, prenatal & birth prep or postpartum prep, $225 each or $425 as package.
Mother Blessings
Mother Blessings are beautiful & sacred traditional ceremonies designed to emotionally uplift and support pregnant people preparing for their birth. We offer this in an personal setting. These blessings aim to build the mama up, help her work through her fears and then leave them behind to prepare for her deep journey to the stars to retrieve the soul of her child and bring them safely earthside. Group activities can be incorporated such as the making of flower crowns, creating birth affirmation flags, crafting special items for a birth altar, creating a support necklace or bracelet, drawing a sacred foot bath and more. Anything to make her feel like an empowered queen ready for her journey! Ceremonies start at $175
